By Developing a Solar Study we can see how the Sun will affect your site and dwelling.

We generate and submit all documentation required by Bega Valley Shire Council (BVSC) for Development Approval (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC).
We follow the progress of your Development Application all of the way through to BVSC granting of consent and address any issues that may arise during the process.
We develop and provide bushfire assessments based on the site constraints.
Design structures to meet current Australian Standards, RFS and BVSC requirements.
All Bushfire Attack Levels (BAL) from
BAL-12.5 to BAL-FZ (Flame Zone) can be accommodated for.
We organise and provide all structural documentation, including certified structural engineering, required for Develpment Application and Construction Certificate.
We provide preliminary structural design and then liaise with Civil & Structural Engineers to develop cost effective structural designs and solutions.
